1. Co-ordinate with Hardware Vendors for Pricing and availability.

2. Submit quote to customers & co-ordinate for orders.

3. Load orders on Vendors & followup for shipment.

4. Generate Monthly invoices, submit invoices to customers & collect payments.

5. Update CRM on a Regular Basis.

6. Support customers on service issues, generate ticket id, followup with Vendros for Resolution.

7. Good Knowledge of MS Office Packages especially MS Excel.

8. Good English & Tamil communication skills.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
