**About us**:
We are looking for Recruitment trainer (female Only) who can train our new joined Employees

**Responsibilities: -**
- Design, develop and implement Recruitment training Programs for new joined Employees.
- Measurement/Evaluation of Trainees.
- Prepare Learning Material for Program
- Assess training content and make recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with RPO leadership to conduct needs analysis, and develop training solutions, including curriculum development to address the needs of the organization.
- Keep current on best-in-class trends in learning methodology, as well as the staffing/recruiting/RPO industry.
- Liaise with TLs and Managers to identify nonperforming associates and identify areas of improvement/build customized training programs.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience as trainer in similar industry
- Knowledge of Japan Recruitment.
- Knowledge of Japanese Language will be an advantage.

**Location**: Office is in Central of Pune. (SB Road Pune)

**Shift Timing**:6.30 am to 3.30 pm

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Pune - 411016, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Staff training: 5 years (preferred)
