Roles and Responsibility for **Office co-ordinator**
- Working on miscellaneous tasks including internal coordination with various dept. for particular project.
- Working on allocated projects/ tasks follow up including Minutes of meeting.
- Communicating and coordinating with various company related parties as and when required.
- Creating & maintaining contact details of company related parties as and when required.
- Preparing MIS reports using software and excel for particular department in particular format as and when required.
- Maintaining MIS data for certain parameters of a department, Tracking & communicating changes to the concerned personnel as and when required.
- Preparing & maintaining FDA, Trademark and other government department/ institution related documents as and when required.
- Arranging & coordinating Logistics, boarding for company guests as and when required.
- Actively participating in the events conducted at offices.
- Following any other work as allocated by HOD/Directors.
