Job Responsibility Of Back-Office - Trainee/Officer

1. Working on miscellaneous tasks including internal coordination with various dept. for particular project.

2. Working on allocated projects/ tasks follow up including Minutes of meeting.

3. Communicating and coordinating with various company related parties as and when required.

4. Creating & maintaining contact details of company related parties as and when required.

6. Preparing MIS reports using software and excel for particular department in particular format as and when required.

7. Maintaining MIS data for certain parameters of a department, Tracking & communicating changes to the concerned personnel as and when required.

8. Preparing & maintaining FDA, Trademark and other government department/ institution related documents as and when required.

9. Arranging & coordinating Logistics, boarding for company guests as and when required.

10. Actively participating in the events conducted at offices.

11. Following any other work as allocated by HOD/Directors.

**Job Type**: फ़ुल-टाइम

Ability to Commute/Relocate:
