**Compensation Details**
- **Revenue Share Model**: Minimum of 1 sale in 30 days is required to secure a monthly salary and from 2nd sale onwards 10% incentive will be provided. Example: Average membership plan = INR 100000 → Incentive = INR 10000 per sale..
- **Performance Bonus**:

- Achieving more than 4 monthly sales qualifies for an additional 5% incentive on subsequent sales within the same month.
