**Job Description - Trainer**
**Position: Telecom Industry Trainer**
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct training sessions on various aspects of telecommunications, including but not limited to network technologies, customer service, and industry best practices.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure relevance and accuracy in alignment with industry trends and company policies. Good knowledge to draft mails to clients with technical / commercial proposals along with company profile.
- Supervise a team of telecom professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve performance targets and objectives.
- Monitor team performance metrics, such as key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work with upper management to develop and implement strategic plans for the telecom team, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Assess the training needs of employees and design customized training plans to address skill gaps and enhance overall performance.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including workshops, presentations, e-learning, and hands-on exercises, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure training content aligns with legal and industry requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the telecom industry, with a strong understanding of network infrastructure, technologies, and operations.
- Previous experience in training and development, with a focus on telecommunications or related fields.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Certifications in training or related areas will be a plus.
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
