**Job Title**: Sales Representative with Legal Knowledge

**Location**: Noida sec -62

**Job Type**: Full-time
- **Experience** **Required**: 1 to 2 years

1. **Sales Engagement**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, existing clients, and business partners.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, explaining how our offerings meet their needs.

2. **Legal Expertise**:

- Use legal knowledge to address client inquiries and provide accurate information about contracts, terms, and conditions of service.
- Help clients understand legal implications related to our products/services, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that sales activities align with industry regulations and legal requirements.

3. **Client Consultation**:

- Understand client requirements and recommend products and services that align with their needs.
- Offer legal insights on contracts, agreements, and terms to ensure clients are fully informed before signing.

4. **Lead Generation and Follow-up**:

- Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
- Track and report on sales activities, forecasting future sales trends, and identifying areas for improvement.

5. **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, legal changes, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

6. **Negotiation & Closing Deals**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Finalize contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including documentation and post-sale support.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Business, Marketing, or related field, Graduate
- **Experience**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, ideally in a legal or business-related environment.
- Knowledge of legal terminology, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with B2B or B2C sales, or related experience in a legal setting is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms to clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail, particularly in legal and contract-related matters.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in a Sales or legal services environment.
- Fluency in multiple languages.

**Compensation**: Competitive salary plus commission and performance-based incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
