Legal Compliance Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organization.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with legal standards and internal processes.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Advise management and employees on legal matters, risks, and compliance issues.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company in legal and compliance matters as needed.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability.
- Ensure the company’s adherence to corporate governance principles, labor laws, and statutory obligations.
- Handle company secretarial duties, including maintaining statutory registers and filings.
- Stay updated with current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect the organization’s operations.
- Manage licenses, permits, registrations, and other legal documentation to ensure the organization’s legal standing.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or any related field. A master’s degree or professional certification in compliance or corporate law will be a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal compliance role.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory laws.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, legal documentation, and regulatory affairs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹9,681.58 - ₹33,478.16 per month
