Position Purpose

This position is for a role within FSS Projects to develop the solutions for the critical problem statements within Finance, using any one or combination of ETL tools like Alteryx, Python, Jupiter, Power BI. Role requires the maintenance of EUC’s developed in the past and maintain inventory and quarterly sign offs.

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**
- Ø Coordinate with FSS teams to understand the problem statements, design a solution using ETL tools, prepare a POC, coordinate with Fresh IT team for development, if required and validate the savings quantified by teams basis automation solution.- Ø VBA EUC (macros) development & support
- o Follow SDLC (Waterfall model to develop EUC/ macros for Finance)- o Developing code as per BNP standards.- o Maintain all documentations properly.- o Follow BNPP policies (RADAR) for EUC’s.- o Updating Shadow IT inventory actively.- o Maintaining automation/EUC inventory up to date.- o Identifying automation opportunities within finance.- Understanding & explaining critical excel formulas.
- Help teams to create formulas / manage data in excel.
- Assist team to prepare PPT dashboards.
- Ø Sharepoint skills - would be added advantage- Design and maintenance of SharePoint pages / subsites.
- Design & maintenance of Tableau reports.

- 1. Strong knowledge VBA macros, excel formulas & advance excel including Dashboard.
