Job Title: Academic Counselor (Sales)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Academic Counselor (Sales). As an Academic Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students towards making informed decisions about their educational journey. This role combines aspects of academic advising with sales techniques to ensure students find the right programs that align with their goals and interests.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Program Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our academic programs, courses, and extracurricular activities to provide accurate and relevant information to potential students.

3. Tailored Recommendations: Utilize a consultative approach to identify the most suitable academic paths for individual students based on their interests, academic background, and career aspirations.

4. Sales Pitch: Present our educational offerings persuasively, highlighting the unique features and benefits to potential students, and addressing any concerns they may have.

6. Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students, nurturing leads, and following up on inquiries to increase conversion rates.

7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changing educational demands to remain competitive and informed.

8. Data Management: Keep detailed records of student interactions, inquiries, and outcomes to generate reports and improve counseling strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Counseling, Sales, or similar).
- Proven experience of minimum 1 year in sales, counseling, or a customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address individual student needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with educational institutions, programs, and enrollment processes is desirable.
- Empathetic and patient attitude to understand and support students from diverse backgrounds.
