Office Administrator/receptionist

General Office Support: Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, and maintaining office supplies.
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate individuals.
Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain calendars and schedules for meetings, appointments, and events. Assist in organizing meetings and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Data Entry: Accurately enter data into the company's databases, spreadsheets, or other systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update various records, such as employee attendance, office equipment inventory, and office expenses.
Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars when necessary.
Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate with building management and vendors for office repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness. Report any facility-related issues promptly.
Support Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee celebrations.
Assistance to Management: Provide administrative support to managers and executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and assisting with special projects.
