**Responsibilities**:

- **Instructional Leadership**: Provide guidance and support to foundation level teachers in delivering high-quality instruction that promotes holistic development, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.
- **Program Management**:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the foundation level program, including scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and budget management.
- **Teacher Training and Development**: Facilitate professional development opportunities for foundation level teachers to enhance their teaching practices, instructional strategies, and understanding of child development theories.
- **Student Assessment**: Develop and implement age-appropriate assessment strategies to monitor student progress, identify learning needs, and inform instructional decision-making.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:Foster positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and community stakeholders through regular communication, parent education workshops, and family engagement activities.
- **Classroom Observation and Feedback**: Conduct regular classroom observations to provide constructive feedback and support to foundation level teachers, promoting reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- **Individualized Support**:Provide individualized support and intervention for students with diverse learning needs, collaborating with teachers, support staff, and external specialists as needed.
- **Curriculum Differentiation**:Support teachers in differentiating instruction to meet the varying needs and learning styles of foundation level students, including English Language Learners (ELLs) and students with special needs.
- **Assessment and Data Analysis**:Analyze student assessment data to track progress, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
- **Program Evaluation**: Conduct regular evaluations of the foundation level program to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based practices to enhance program quality.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements for early childhood education programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in early childhood education, with 3 years in a leadership or coordination role
- Strong knowledge of child development theories, early childhood curriculum frameworks, and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, parents, administrators, and community members
- Proficiency in educational technology tools

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
