**Job Profile: CRM Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handling of inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
**CRM Executive Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field (mandatory).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (mandatory).
- A good team leader and should be ready to take on new challenges.
- Should have a positive attitude towards work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
