Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven CRM & Lead Reactivation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our CRM system, developing and executing lead reactivation strategies, and driving lead engagement through innovative marketing automation campaigns. You will play a crucial role in identifying and re-engaging dormant leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and ultimately contributing to topline growth directly.

Key Responsibilities:

● CRM Management:

○ Own and manage the day-to-day operations of our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared etc.).

○ Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM.

○ Develop and implement CRM processes and best practices for lead nurturing and lifecycle management.

○ Segment leads based on their behaviour, demographics, and engagement level.

● Lead Reactivation:

○ Develop and execute targeted campaigns to re-engage dormant or inactive leads.

○ Analyse lead behaviour and identify the reasons for inactivity.

○ Create personalized communication strategies to re-capture lost opportunities.

○ Monitor and track the effectiveness of lead reactivation campaigns.

● Marketing Automation:

○ Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage) to create and execute automated campaigns including email, SMS, IVR, WA, chatbot.

○ Build customer journeys and funnels to guide leads through the sales process.

○ A/B test different campaign variations to optimize performance and conversion rates.

● Data Analysis & Reporting:

○ Analyse lead data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

○ Generate regular reports on key metrics of marketing campaigns.

○ Leverage data to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

● Technical Skills:

○ Strong understanding of databases and SQL.

○ Ability to create and manage webhooks.

○ Experience with using Chrome DevTools and Google Analytics to track events and analyze website traffic.

● Project Management:

○ Drive projects to make significant improvements within the company

● Collaboration:

○ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product.

Required Skills and Experience CRM Expertise:

Handling CRM systems, data management, segmentation, and process development.

Customer Retention: Focus on strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.

Marketing Automation: Proficiency in tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, and LeadSquared, with a focus on campaign creation, journey building, and A/B testing.

Data Analysis & Technical Skills: Understanding of databases, SQL, webhooks, and data analysis tools.

Event Tracking & Analytics: Experience with Chrome DevTools, Google Analytics, and website tracking.

Project Management: Ability to drive impactful projects and make significant changes within the company.

Communication: Clear communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders and lead multiple projects effectively
