We are looking for a Sales and CRM Executive for 922 Emblica Estate , our agro-community near Dausa, Rajasthan. The role is based in Noida, Sector 143. We do not seek candidates from a real estate background. Instead, we prefer professionals from hospitality or luxury industries , adept at engaging with families. Candidate who value nature, organic living, and sustainability is a plus. Ideal candidates should excel in relationship-building, experiential sales, and premium customer service. If you have a passion for sustainability and luxury experiences, we’d love to connect What You'll Do: Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Prospect and qualify potential clients, building strong relationships through exceptional communication and personalized service. Conduct property tours, showcasing the unique value proposition of our real estate offerings. Negotiate sales agreements effectively while ensuring client satisfaction. Sales & CRM Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track key metrics, and forecast sales accurately. Utilize CRM software to effectively manage client interactions, track progress, and analyze sales data. Prepare regular sales reports and conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey. Address client inquiries promptly and effectively, building strong rapport and trust. Resolve client issues and escalations efficiently and professionally. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the marketing and sales teams to achieve common goals. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies. Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in real estate sales and customer relationship management. Participate in relevant training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. What We're Looking For: Proven Sales Experience: 2-5 years of successful sales experience in a B2 C environment, preferably within the luxury or hospitality industry. Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions. Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Results-Oriented: A self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations. Analytical & Problem Puzzle-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to challenges. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong work ethic, confidentiality in our trade is a must, and a proactive approach to work. Fluent English requested. Location: On site office at in Noida, at our Sector 143 office. Bonus Points: Experience selling high-value products or services. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Professional certifications in sales or customer relationship management.
