Amazon Ads Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Management**:
- Develop, implement, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads in the UK markets.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords tailored to each region.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Ad Creation and Optimization**:
- Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives tailored to the UK
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and product listings to identify the most effective combinations.
- Ensure ads are compliant with Amazon’s policies and guidelines for each market.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyze campaign performance data for the UK and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of Amazon advertising campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Track and report on key metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across both the UK and US markets to maximize ROI.
- Monitor daily and monthly spend to ensure budget compliance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Provide budget forecasts and recommendations to the marketing team.
- **Competitor Analysis**:
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities within the UK.
- Monitor competitor advertising activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team, product managers, and designers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Liaise with international teams to ensure alignment on global advertising strategies.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Amazon advertising specific to the UK.
- Experiment with new advertising strategies and techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance advertising skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Amazon advertising campaigns in the UK market.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon advertising platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in using advertising management and analytics platforms, such as Amazon Advertising Console and Amazon Seller Central.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Amazon Advertising Certification.
- Experience with additional e-commerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Walmart, Shopify).
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with other PPC platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
