**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products and services
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Achieve sales targets and meet monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on sales and marketing strategies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
- Strong sales skills and ability to persuade customers to purchase products or services
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
