**Job Title: Personal Assistant (Female)**
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
3. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
4. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
5. Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
6. Take dictation and minutes during meetings.
7. Coordinate and assist with special projects as needed.
8. Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
9. Conduct research and compile data as needed.
10. Manage and maintain filing systems.
11. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Discretion and confidentiality.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
7. A flexible and adaptable attitude.
