**Job Title: Administrative Personal Assistant and Office Coordinator - Fresher
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Learn and utilize office software to handle basic tasks and support team members.
2. **Office Operations**:
- Assist in day-to-day office activities, such as managing supplies, coordinating mail, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Learn and implement office policies and procedures to contribute to overall efficiency.
3. **Communication and Correspondence**:
- Learn to handle correspondence and communication with a professional and courteous manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Recent graduate or entry-level professional.
- Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eagerness to learn new software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle tasks with discretion.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Relevant internships or coursework in business administration or related fields is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
