Job Description:
As a Personal Assistant to the CEO of a digital marketing company, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the CEO's office. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing day-to-day operations, and handling various tasks to help the CEO focus on strategic decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure effective time management.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO and other team members as needed.
Meeting Support: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure that important discussions are documented and completed.
Project Assistance: Assist the CEO in managing various projects by tracking progress, providing updates, and collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Data Management: Maintain and organize important company documents, files, and records in a secure and accessible manner.
Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, potential business opportunities, and other relevant topics to keep the CEO informed and prepared.
Business Development Support: Help in identifying potential clients and partners, preparing proposals, and supporting business development efforts.
Confidentiality: Exercise utmost discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to the company, clients, and employees.
Special Tasks: Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc projects as directed by the CEO to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
As the CEO's Personal Assistant, you will play an integral role in the company's success by ensuring smooth operations, fostering effective communication, and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization. Your dedication and support will be crucial in maintaining a thriving and successful digital marketing company.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
