**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **GeM Portal Management**:

- Manage procurement operations on the GeM portal, including listing products, monitoring tenders, uploading bids, and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies and government procurement standards.
- Track order status, update stakeholders, and maintain communication with suppliers through the GeM portal.
- **Tender and Bidding Process**:

- Identify relevant tenders and prepare bid documents for aerospace parts and services in line with company standards.
- Analyse bid requirements, submit proposals, and monitor bid outcomes, making necessary adjustments to increase success rates.
- Work closely with internal departments to gather information and approvals needed for tender participation.
- **Order Management**:

- Oversee order placement, tracking, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time and compliant fulfilment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product specifications and delivery requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payments in accordance with company and GeM policies.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure that all procurement activities follow aerospace industry standards and government regulations.
- Maintain and organize documentation for audits, reporting, and internal compliance reviews.
- Stay updated on any changes to GeM procedures and regulations and communicate updates to relevant departments.
- **Supplier Management and Communication**:

- Identify and onboard qualified suppliers on the GeM portal for aerospace components.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality of services/products.
- Communicate order requirements and updates to suppliers, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline GeM processes and improve procurement efficiency.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance the bidding strategy and procurement practices on GeM.
- Track procurement metrics to support continuous improvement and report key findings to management.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in aerospace or government procurement operations. Experience with the GeM portal is essential.
- **Skills**: Proficient in GeM portal usage, tender documentation, and government procurement processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, and procurement software; familiarity with aerospace industry standards is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)**
- Knowledge of aerospace materials, components, and industry regulations.
- Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvements.

Pay: ₹11,602.05 - ₹20,000.00 per month
