**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential sponsors through market research, industry contacts, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential sponsor organizations, understanding their marketing objectives and aligning sponsorship packages to meet their needs.
- Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits of sponsoring our events, including brand exposure, promotional opportunities, and audience engagement.
- Follow sales process and internal procedures
- Set business goals and targets
- To collaborate with other functions within the business to ensure consistent delivery

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to Relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
