**Position Overview**:As an Area Sales Officer at Ruchak Indian Snacks, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned geographic area. The role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring the successful distribution and promotion of Ruchak products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy**:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for business growth.

**Super/Distributor Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, providing necessary support and guidance to achieve mutual objectives.

**Market Expansion**:Identify and explore new market opportunities within the assigned area.
Implement effective distribution strategies to penetrate untapped markets and increase market share.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
