Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Demand Generation Associate to join our team at iQuantM Technologies. As a Demand Generation Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting and targeting potential clients, as well as scheduling meetings with the sales team. This role requires on-site working at our coimbatore office and demands excellent communication and people management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with high-quality leads.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Actively engage with prospects to build relationships and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on lead generation activities and results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand generation or lead generation roles, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Previous experience working with SAP partners in the U.K and Europe is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and generating leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential opportunities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
