Customer Success Intern

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Success team with onboarding new customers and ensuring
a smooth transition.
- Provide ongoing support to assigned customers, answering questions, and
troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
- Proactively identify customer needs and opportunities for upselling or
cross-selling our products/services.
- Conduct research and compile data to generate reports and presentations for the
Customer Success team.
- Assist with developing and maintaining customer success documentation and
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s/Bachelor's degree program (or equivalent) in business, communications, or a
related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Effectively use the LLM/GenAI prompt to create content.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work independently.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
