Pune, India ADP Full time

Client facing role and serves as end-to-end point of contact HRO CS clients via Chat Support Channel
- The role requires an understanding of US Payroll, Benefits & HR related functional domains
- Providing WFN HR Technology and Best Practice/Consulting needs.to Comprehensive Services clients over chats
- Provide proactive support by initiating regular occurring outbound communication. Proactively case follow-ups to remedy the problems and offer solutions to improve the internal operation and administration of CS products & services.
- Utilizes internal and external resources and tools to conduct necessary research and follow-up to resolve client's technological and best practice/compliance requests.
- Partner with assigned RM, PR, and Benefits Solution Specialists (as applicable) and be knowledgeable of 3rd party vendors/products that provide services to CS clients to provide troubleshooting support and a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate closely with Specialty Services teams (T&A, Reporting etc.) to provide additional consulting and support for supplemental client needs.
- Should be highly focused on delivering best in class Client Experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with typing speed of 60-80 WPM / high accuracy
- Prior Chat support or blend omnichannel Customer Service Experience would be desirable
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer interface and communication
- Must be able to work under time constraints to ensure that deadlines are met
- Excellent Professional Customer Service Skills
- Good Research Skills
- Domain certification (FPC) or prior experience in HR, Payroll & Benefits roles will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Workforce Now, US payroll or FPC is an added advantage
- Must be open to working in US EST / PST shifts.
- Should have displayed a positive attitude and ADP values and ethics
- Should have been a strong and consistent performer with proven results on quality and TNPS scores Desired Skills
