Job Title**:Backend Executive (Full Time)/ Backend Creativity Coordinator**

Lumifee is seeking a proactive and organized Backend Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone from a creative background who is eager to contribute to a vibrant company environment. The Backend Executive will be responsible for handling backend tasks, managing calendars, and creating presentations, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Presentation Development**: Design and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders, adhering to Lumifee’s branding and style guidelines.

**2. Calendar Management**: Oversee and coordinate calendars for the management team, schedule meetings, and handle any conflicts or changes promptly.

**3. Backend Operations**: Perform various backend tasks such as data entry, document management, and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**5. Creative Assistance**: Collaborate with creative teams to support projects and campaigns, providing backend assistance as required.

**6. Document Organization**: Maintain and organize both digital and physical documents, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval of information.

**7. Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and workshops, managing logistics and event-related materials.

**8. Reporting**: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents that provide insights into backend operations and support decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**:
**1. **Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field, preferably with a focus on arts, design, or media.

**3. **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

**4. **Creative knowledge of working in PowerPoint, Adobe, and Canva.

**5. **Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

**6. **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**7. **Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**8. **Creative mindset with an eye for design and innovation.

**9. **Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Compensation**:
**Salary Range**:₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
