**Office Coordinator (Female) (Backend Profile)**
**Location**:Vikroli west
- Mumbai, Maharashtra

Must be Graduate
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in tracking inventory levels, updating stock records, and coordinating with the warehouse team.
- **Data Entry**: Input accurate data related to orders, shipments, and inventory into the system.
- **Order Processing**: Assist with the processing of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- **Reporting**: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, order status, and overall warehouse operations.
- **Communication**: Coordinate between the warehouse staff, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments, product returns, and warehouse activities.
- **Support Logistics**: Assist in planning shipments, and handling any issues related to deliveries.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics back-office role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes will be an advantage.
