**About the role**:
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the GHG management sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

**Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new relationships with potential customers.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability goals and challenges related to greenhouse gas emissions.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Possess a deep understanding of greenhouse gas measurement, reporting, and verification methodologies.
- Provide technical expertise to clients, guiding them in adopting and implementing effective GHG management solutions.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the company's GHG management products and services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings to clients.

**Proposal Development**:

- Prepare and present proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients, outlining the benefits of the company's GHG solutions.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and realistic proposals.

**Sales Negotiation and Closing**:

- Conduct negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Successfully close sales deals and achieve sales targets.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on environmental solutions or sustainability.
- Proficiency in greenhouse gas accounting, emissions reduction tactics, carbon offset markets, and familiarity with CBAM highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into a compelling sales pitch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
