As a Front Desk Executive at iLink you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and professional first impression. You will be responsible for managing all front desk operations and providing excellent customer service.
- Responsibilities:
- 1. Welcoming Guests: Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.
- 3. Scheduling: Manage appointments and reservations, ensuring the efficient use of meeting spaces and resources.
- 4. Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and handling mail.
- 5. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the front desk area, lobby, and waiting areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- 6. Security: Monitor and maintain visitor logs and security procedures, ensuring the safety of our premises.
- 7. Handling Queries: Address customer queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- 8. Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to coordinate visitor needs and requirements.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role is a plus but not mandatory for interns.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
