**Position: Presales Executive**
Presales would be responsible for in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients.
- Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
- Cross-using leads for various projects
- Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations
- Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers, and customer history details for seamless management at all times.
- Always Offering the best possible customer delight by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer-centricity.
- Carrying ownership for every customer query.
- Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Graduation
- Fluent in English (Knowing Oriya Language is an advantage)
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Ability to execute various programs required for high conversion of leads into sales
- Adaptability, innovation, and excellent teamwork skill
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to Details
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
