- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and meet sales targets.
- Recommend personalized solutions and upsell products/services.

- Utilize CRM to track customer interactions and sales progress.

**Data Entry & Management**:

- Accurately enter and update client data in CRM.
- Generate and send personalized diet charts to customers via WhatsApp.
- Ensure clear and friendly communication for a positive customer experience.

**Process Improvement & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with the team to improve data handling and customer communication.
- Collect and document feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist with generating reports on customer interactions and diet chart deliveries.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer service, sales, or data entry (health/wellness industry preferred).
- Strong communication in **Hindi and English** and CRM skills.
