**Position: Digital Marketing Strategist**

**Location**: Ernakulam

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various digital channels.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities to enhance our digital presence and reach target audiences effectively.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating relevant strategies into our approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and tactics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
