**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule Client Calls:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate client appointments and calls. Ensure timely communication and coordination with both clients and internal team members.
- Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Task Execution:
- Perform task flows assigned by clients with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.
- New Tools Adoption:
- Proactively learn about and adapt to new tools and technologies relevant to our business. Evaluate and recommend tools that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Versatile Role:
- Handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Collaborate with different team members to support various projects.
- Open to New Challenges:
- Embrace challenges with a positive and proactive attitude. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Continuous Learning:

- MS Office Proficiency:
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) proficiently to complete assigned tasks. Generate reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- Adherence to SOP:
- Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality of work. Contribute to the refinement of SOPs based on practical experience and feedback.
- Video Editing and Posting:
- Possess basic video editing skills and be capable of posting content on different platforms as required.
- **Job Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
