We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Interior Design Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding business relationships within the interior design industry. Your primary focus will be on engaging with businesses, architects, and design professionals to promote our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential B2B clients in the interior design sector.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in interior design firms, architecture companies, and related businesses.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.

3. **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights based on market feedback.

4. **Sales Negotiation and Closing**:

- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals and secure long-term partnerships with clients.

5. **Market Research**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports on market intelligence, including potential opportunities and threats.

6. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the interior design or related industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
