**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Receptionist cum Customer Service Assistant to join our mental health organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support and customer service to our clients, while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors to the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the organization's mental health professionals.
- Provide information about the organization and its services to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage the waiting area to ensure that it is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are in stock.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
