**Job Title**: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

**Location**: Jayamahal Main Road, Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering and transferring telephone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized.
- Observing professional etiquette and providing assistance to visitors.
- Receiving and dispatching inward and outward couriers, updating tracking details.
- Receiving and inventorying stock, maintaining accurate records.
- Checking office for any maintenance or repair issues and reporting them.
- Assisting with data entry tasks.
- Documenting Chairman's expenses and preparing vouchers.
- Assisting with laptop testing and video recording before dispatch.
- Printing courier dispatch addresses and preparing declaration forms.
- Maintaining records of bills and ensuring proper handover to accounts department.
- Performing other administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
