**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate individual.
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring that it is well-presented at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and processing as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment, including ordering, replenishing, and maintaining inventory.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, and assist with meeting preparations as needed.
