Sales Representative

organic121 scientific pvt ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our products and services to potential customers. This position will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with other departments to ensure the success of our sales efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new sales leads through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations that demonstrate the benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the company's products and services meet customer needs and are competitively priced.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the [insert industry] industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**Salary**: ₹11,007.32 - ₹25,000.00 per month
