Role: Nutrition Assistant

Reporting to - Nutrition Manager / Team Leader

About the job:
We are looking for an entry-level nutritionist who is capable of providing weight management through diet control to our clients along with comprehensive advice on matters of well-being. As an expert in food and nutrition, clients depend on you to guide them toward better eating habits to prevent ill health.

A nutritionist is responsible for assessing people’s needs, providing diet charts, and handling a team of nutritionists to achieve the client's weight loss goals using scientific methods and determining the most suitable nutrition plans.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Evaluate the dietary needs of a client by assessing their health and exercise levels, sleep and food habits, etc.

Clarify information for clients and explain the effects of nutrients on their overall health condition.

to make customized weight management solutions for individuals based on their specific body weight, body type, and diet intake, to develop the most effective diet plan that would help them achieve their weight loss or weight gain objectives with time-bound weight management packages.

to treat lifestyle disorders like diabetes, PCOS, thyroid, and weight management.

Evaluate customer skills and needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships.

Meet sales targets.

Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads.

Report and provide feedback to management.

Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.

Coordinated and organized various health-related webinars and online live sessions.

Help in the documentation of client case studies to enhance one's own and others' learning.

Create or build a database of recipes, meal plans, and nutritional habits.

Offer to counsel and suggest positive alterations in nutrition to address clients’ dietary restrictions.

Set clear objectives and provide support to clients to help them make progress.

Forecast and develop out-of-the-box strategies and evaluate their effectiveness to

Increase the client flow in the organization by going on calls with potential leads.

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- MSc Dietetics and Nutrition, preferably freshers.

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Nutrition consultant, preferably from a health and wellness background.

Bilingual languages: English with any regional language

Excellent proficiency in spoken English and negotiation skills.

Should have experience or the willingness to deal with individual patients or clients single-handedly.

Should have a working laptop or desktop with a good internet connection.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
