**Wellness Executive Chef**:
**We are looking for a Wellness Executive Chef for location Coimbatore.**
The Wellness Executive Chef is a culinary professional with expertise in creating and executing nutritious and health-focused menus in the context of a wellness-oriented establishment. This role involves overseeing the culinary operations, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences that align with wellness/Naturopathy principles and dietary requirements. This position works under the Guidance and supervision of CMO/RMO/wellness manager.
**Responsibilities**
**1.Menu Planning and Development**: Create and design menus that align with wellness/Naturopathy principles, emphasizing nutritious, balanced, and flavorful options. Develop innovative recipes using fresh, locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients. Incorporate dietary restrictions, allergens, and specific nutritional requirements into menu planning.
**2.Culinary Operations Management**:Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, production, quality control, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage a team of culinary staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, ensuring efficient workflow, training, and performance management.
**3.Nutritional Expertise**: Possess strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary principles, and various dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, Jain, Raw diet etc.). Ensure that menu offerings are well-balanced, diverse, and cater to different dietary needs. Collaborate with nutritionists, dieticians, or CMO/RMO/Sr. wellness consultants to incorporate their expertise into menu planning
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**8 plus years experience, preferred from Wellness Industry**
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
