International Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The International Sales Executive - Jewelry is responsible for driving sales and expanding the presence of our jewelry brand in international markets. This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our product lines to ensure a strong market presence globally. The executive will collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and production teams to align products with market trends and customer preferences.

SKAD Exports, a Surat-based diamond company founded by Suryakiran Kalla in 2022, has rapidly expanded its reach to global markets including the USA, Japan, Thailand, and Europe. With a diverse range of diamonds encompassing lab-grown, natural, and memorial options, SKAD caters to a wide spectrum of customer preferences and emotional needs.
The global diamond industry, like many others, has faced unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Key Responsibilities:
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough research to identify new international markets and customer demographics.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer behavior in the jewelry industry.
- Prepare detailed reports on market conditions, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in international markets.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Present and promote our jewelry collections to clients, highlighting unique features and benefits.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post-sales support.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with the design team to understand and promote new collections tailored to international markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for different regions.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to international clients.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. A background in jewelry design or gemology is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry, with a focus on international markets.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively to international markets.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones as required.
- A keen eye for jewelry design and trends.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require frequent travel and extended stays in different countries.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹33,016.71 per month
