**Job Title: Customer Care Representative**
**Location: Karol Bagh (New Delhi)**
The Customer Support Executive will manage customer feedback and efficiently handle complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record, track, and manage feedback to improve customer experience.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support or management as needed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Empathy and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
