Customer Relation Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Managing customer complaints and ensuring that they are resolved satisfactorily.
- maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback.
- developing customer loyalty programs and rewards to encourage repeat business and retain existing customers.
- handling the travel arrangements and requests of VIP customers. This involves working with other departments within the travel agency to ensure that VIP customers receive the best service possible.
- Coordinating with other departments within the travel agency to ensure that customer needs are met. This may involve working with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to create and implement new strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- preparing reports on customer satisfaction and feedback. This involves analyzing customer data and preparing reports that inform business decisions.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
