- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a unified approach to customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies for customer retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and customer support software.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
