Address customer concerns and troubleshoot problems effectively, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

**Customer Education**:
Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices to enhance their overall experience. Create and update customer support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base materials.

**Feedback Collection**:
Gather and document customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvement.

Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer needs and expectations.

**Customer Advocacy**:
Identify opportunities for customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.

Foster customer loyalty and advocate for the brand, turning satisfied customers into advocates.

**Data Management**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

Analyze customer interactions and trends to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in customer service or support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.

Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,834.35 - ₹34,321.95 per month
