**Job Description -**

The front desk receptionist is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first impression to all visitors and guests. This role involves managing the reception area, handling incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Welcome visitors and guests in a professional manner.

Ensure a positive first impression by maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

Take messages and relay them accurately to the intended recipients.

Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.

Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Assist various departments with clerical tasks as needed.

Address inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and helpful manner.

Receive and distribute mail and packages.

Coordinate outgoing mail and shipments.

Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring security protocols are followed.

Relay important information to relevant personnel in a timely manner.

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

**Qualification -**

Graduation ; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is desirable.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
