Territory Sales Executive

**Role Overview**
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be crucial in promoting and selling fire safety and ELV systems to potential clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of products, including fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, PA (Public Address) systems, access control systems, gas suppression systems, data and voice solutions, IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems), and fire-fighting equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Product Knowledge and Demonstration understand the technical specifications, features, and benefits of fire safety and ELV systems. Conduct product presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of each system.
2. Client Relationship Building engages with potential customers, including architects, builders, facility managers, and safety officers. Build strong relationships by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
3. Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Solution Customization and Proposal Preparation Collaborate with technical teams to customize system designs based on client requirements. Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and project timelines.
5. Negotiation and Closing Deals, Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. Close sales by addressing objections and demonstrating the value of the proposed solutions.
6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis, Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to promote our products effectively.
7. Post-sales support and Relationship Management, Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing any post-sales queries or concerns.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in fire safety, ELV systems, or related domains.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and other ELV solutions.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
**Compensation**
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
