**Job Title**:DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) - European & American Cuisine**

**Location**: Boojee cafe, Bandra

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Are you a passionate and skilled chef with a love for **European** and **American** cuisine? We are looking for an enthusiastic **Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)** to join our culinary team at Boojee cafe If you have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen and are excited about creating high-quality dishes, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation & Cooking**: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, specializing in **European** and **American** cuisines. Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- **Station Management**: Manage your assigned kitchen station, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation during service.
- **Menu Support**: Assist in executing the restaurant's menu and contribute to menu creation and innovation, particularly in the areas of European and American dishes.
- **Training & Development**: Support junior chefs, guiding them through recipes, techniques, and kitchen protocols.
- **Food Safety & Hygiene**: Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years working in a **professional kitchen**, ideally with experience in European and American cuisines.
- **Culinary Skills**: Well-versed in preparing and presenting dishes from European and American culinary traditions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well with others in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
