**Job Title**:DCDP** (**Demi Chef de Partie**)
**CTC**: 2.5 LPA + PF & ESIC
**LOCATION**:Mumbai
**Role Brief**
We are looking to hire a Demi Chef de Partie who will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, managing a team, and ensuring a great experience for our guest.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section
- Ensuring proper presentation of food as per direction of Chef
- To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
- Ability to prepare ingredients, and seasoning, taking inventory, overseeing deliveries, maintaining hygiene.
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
- Control food stock and food costs in his section/kitchen.
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items promptly.
- Chef are also required to ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
Qualification**:
- Min 1 yr of experience as a Commis 1.
- Able to work under pressure, standing for long hours
- High level of attention to detail.
- To be punctual for work
- Team player - Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent Knife Skills
- Preferred Culinary Certificate from a recognized institution.
- Ability to guide Commis on Knife skills, kitchen procedures etc
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
